About us

Courier activities

The Quriers company was founded in 1998 by two students of the University of Lodz. They created one of the first courier agency in Poland, where bicycles were used to transport parcels. Western markets were the pattern for us, where bicycle couriers have long been an everyday phenomenon. Couriers moving on bicycles are much more efficient than cars, overcoming road obstacles, such as traffic jams or repairs. What's more, the bike as a means of transport is completely environmentally friendly. Our clients appreciated the quality and speed of the company's services, thanks to which in 2003 it could enlarge the range of services offered and provide them with a national service. We successfully managed to transfer the model of our business to other cities. In the years 2005-2007 rapidly developing branches were created in Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Piotrków Trybunalski and Bełchatów. In order to efficiently manage branches and service thousands of packages of our clients, we implemented professional software to manage parcels and couriers. Currently, we have a fleet of cars, both single and multi-pallet, adapted to the transport of shipments of various sizes, which allows quick and reliable delivery, regardless of the destination.

Transport activities

Quriers Cargo is established in 2006 as a supplement and extension of Quriers Przesylki. We based our operations on the fleet of our own trucks as well as a number of meticulously selected subcontractors. We run licensed transport in Poland and Europe, and the security of the goods transported by us is provided by Carrier's Third Party Insurance guaranteeing protection up to PLN 120,000. USD.

Warehouse activity

In order to provide our clients with comprehensive logistic services in 2007, we are opening the first warehouse. This solution allows not only for the storage of goods, but also supports courier and transport activities, allowing the storage and preparation of shipments for shipment, reloading and packaging of goods. We serve online stores in the field of storage and shipping.

Ecology

We want to build the image of our company not only on the basis of comprehensive and professional logistics services, but also about ecological awareness and social responsibility. Most of our fleet are cars purchased as new ones with low CO2 emissions. As the first courier company in Poland in 2013, we purchased a fully electric car from Nissan Leaf. After 2 years of testing, we decided to expand the EV fleet with other brands and models. In addition, all our branches employ cyclists, who not only do not pollute the environment but also reduce traffic. We have also introduced a long-term tree planting program that has already managed to plant 2 ha of forest. In addition, we carry out selective collection of waste and batteries.
